My wife was away & wanted to save myself time - bought the Q7T+ to help out. Quitely very surprised at how well this keeps the place looking good. Mostly a carpet house, setup and mapping was great - played with settings to get the type of clean and look I was after. Scheduling makes it easy to vacuum individual rooms on different days etc. Kevin

Very happy with the Roborock Q10V+. Vacuum and mopping function works very well. However, there are no replacement dust bags available in Australia, even from the Roborock website. Disappointing as we will have been waiting a month before we are likely to receive replacement bags.

Very happy with this model so far, around 2 month of use. Use the vac and mop on hardwood floors, it also does our toddlers playmats and can even get itself up and over 20mm step up to bathroom and toilet. We also have a golden retriever and seems to have no hair clogs once we set it to empty itself every dock trip.

Pretty cool unit once received. The vacuuming does great. We have a large house with two labradors. Good thing they only shed twice a year: January through June and again July through December! In other words there is a never ending supply of hair! Only downside is that it took a long time from ordering it to receiving it.

Really good robot cleaner. Does a good job cleaning and mopping. Very happy with the purchase. One suggestion for improvement is to have better threshold recognition as our place has a few small threshold that the vacuum kept trying to clean rather stepping over even after they have been marked on the map.

I have been looking at these for a long time but as a regular user and purchaser of the brand name stick vacuum I didn’t expect a robot vacs to do much. I saw one on sale and after reading some reviews bought one for myself at Christmas. I am kicking myself that I didn’t do it earlier! We have 7 cats and a dog so our house is alway full of hair. I have this set to run at 10am during the week and manually set for weekends. Coming home to a clean house and one less chore is amazing! We have hard floors throughout most of the house and two rugs. I does one satisfactory but the shaggy one is does struggle a little. I pull the stick out just for that rug every few days which is still better than doing the entire house. It empties itself when full and there are plenty of settings for suction strength, emptying and mopping. I haven’t tried the mop yet but I’m sure it will be fine. The app is fantastic and tells me if it’s stuck between furniture and sucked up a toy mouse. It maps the house and I can see exactly where it is. I’ll definitely buy another if this one dies.

I am a clean freak and take pride in my home. This vacuum/mop is perfect and does the job in a trendy and sleek way. There is purposeful thought in the design through its modern and sleek appearance and abilities The app is easy to use and provides all the information you need, and more! It’s also HomeKit compatible so you can activate with Siri, which worked surprisingly well. This is worth every penny.
