Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter is 360 International Trading (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 346450234862) of Suite 401/29-31 Lexington Drive, Bella Vista 2153, NSW Australia.
2. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. To be eligible for the bonus eGift Card for the amount as listed in the table below (“Bonus”) customers must:
I. pre-order the eligible product as listed in the table below (“Eligible Product”) from roborockstore.com.au store or an authorised retailer. Authorised retailers include Harvey Norman, JBHIFI, The Good Guys, David Jones, Bing Lee, Roborock Online Store, Mobileciti, Winnings Appliances, Amazon, Costco and Techmotive Pty Ltd.
II. pay in full for the Eligible Product at point of purchase between 12:00am AEDT Friday 28th February 2025 and 11:59pm AEDT Monday 24th March 2025 (“Promotion Period”);

4. Excludes purchases made on websites other than roborockstore.com.au and any commercial orders.
5. To receive the Bonus, eligible customers must lodge a claim by visiting
https://roborockstore.com.au/pages/roborock-saros-10-bonus-gift-card-redemption and completing the claim form (“Claim”).
6. All Claims must be lodged by 11:59pm AEDT Monday 24th March 2025 (“Claim Date”).
7. The Bonus is subject to roborockstore.com.au Gift Card Terms and Conditions available https://roborockstore.com.au/pages/gift-card-terms-and-conditions.
8. Valid Claims will receive the Bonus for which they have qualified by email no later than 30 days after a successful redemption
9. Purchases made using interest free finance are eligible for this bonus eGift Card.
10. To be eligible to claim, a functioning email address must be supplied. If the customer needs to change the email address for fulfilment of the Bonus they must contact roborockstore.com.au help centre by using the chat function at , however where satisfactory proof of entitlement

11. Promotion only open to Australian permanent residents who make a purchase for personal use only.
12. Multiple Claims are not permitted, only one Claim per customer, per docket, and email address will be allowed.
13. Limit of one Bonus eGift card per Saros 10 purchase.
14. Customers must retain their original purchase tax invoice(s) for all Claims as proof of purchase of the Eligible Product. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all Claims when requested may result in invalidation of Claim and forfeiture of any right to the Bonus.
15. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be read or applied so as to exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any condition, warranty, guarantee, right or remedy or other obligation implied by any law (including, without limitation, the Australian Consumer Law) which cannot by law be excluded, restricted or modified.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend this Promotion if an event beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter affects this Promotion. Except to the extent caused by the Promoter’s negligence, or the Promoter’s breach of these Terms and Conditions, or as otherwise required by law, the Promoter will not be liable to any customer for loss resulting from such action.
